Withdrawal Instructions

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email.

You may use the Model Withdrawal Form, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the entire contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery costs.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will not be reimbursed.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

We do not provide free returns for change-of-mind returns, incorrect size selections, or other returns that are not related to a defective or incorrect item.

Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Partial Returns

If you return only part of your order and keep the remaining items, the original fixed shipping fee will not be refunded where the same shipping fee would have applied to the items you keep.

The purchase price of the eligible returned items will be refunded in accordance with the applicable withdrawal and return rules.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us before returning it.

Please provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue so that we can review the case and provide the appropriate instructions.

Defective or incorrect items are handled separately from standard change-of-mind returns and in accordance with applicable statutory consumer rights.

All items are carefully inspected before dispatch as part of our quality control process.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Items should be returned carefully packaged and, where applicable, with their original tags and product packaging.
