General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop velorashops.de, operated by YoMa media, owner Marwa Alkzaz (hereinafter referred to as “Velora”).
§ 2 Contracting Party and Conclusion of the Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with YoMa media.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order. Acceptance of the order takes place by means of an order confirmation or shipping confirmation.
§ 3 Prices
All prices are stated in euros.
In accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG) under the small business regulation, VAT is not shown separately.
Any applicable shipping costs are displayed before the order is completed.
§ 4 Payment
The payment methods available at checkout apply, such as credit card and PayPal.
Payment is charged upon completion of the order or in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider.
§ 5 Delivery and Shipping Costs
We deliver within Germany and to EU countries. Shipping is carried out by DHL.
The following fixed shipping fees apply:
Germany: €7.00 per order.
EU countries: €18.00 per order.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

§ 7 Statutory Warranty Rights
The statutory rights relating to liability for defects apply.
§ 8 Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical and foreseeable damage arising from the contract.
In all other cases, liability is excluded.
Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
§ 9 Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their country of residence.
