2. Hosting (Shopify)

This online shop is operated using Shopify International Limited.

When you visit the website, technically necessary data, such as your IP address, browser type, and access time, is processed in order to provide the website securely and reliably.

3. Order Processing

To fulfil your order and the purchase contract, we process your order and delivery information, including your name, address, email address, and order details.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Your data is shared only with the shipping service provider DHL and the relevant payment service providers where this is necessary to process your order.

4. Payment Data

Payments are processed through the payment service providers available at checkout, such as Shopify Payments for card payments and PayPal.

These service providers process your payment data under their own responsibility. The privacy policies of the respective providers apply.

5. Cookies

We use technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the online shop, for example for the shopping cart, login functions, and language settings.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 25(2) TDDDG.

We currently do not use additional analytics or marketing tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

The newsletter is sent using Shopify Email.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, depending on the nature of your enquiry.

The data will be deleted once it is no longer required to process your enquiry and provided that no statutory retention obligations apply.
