We want you to love your Velora pieces. If something is not right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, hijabs and accessories can only be returned if they are unopened and unused.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Every piece is carefully checked before dispatch to help ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.
